Job Summary
BCAA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for their Kelowna Auto Service Centre. In this role, you’ll provide exemplary customer service by guiding members through automotive repair processes, offering trusted advice, and ensuring smooth communication throughout their experience.
Job duties
- . Greet members and check in vehicles at the Auto Service Centre.
. Advise members on necessary repairs, costs, schedules, and preventative maintenance.
. Provide repair estimates, gain approval, and finalize sales.
. Manage appointment bookings and facilitate communication among team members.
. Oversee shipping, receiving, and parts flow within the facility.
. Stay updated on BCAA products, policies, and industry trends.
What you bring
- . Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Parts Advisor in the automotive field.
. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
