Job Summary
BCAA is seeking a full-time Membership Advisor to join its Member Contact Centre in Burnaby, BC. The role focuses on providing exceptional experiences to BCAA Members through consultation, support, and sales of BCAA products and services.
Job duties
- . Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional Member experiences.
. Sell BCAA memberships and related products (e.g., TripTiks, maps, and guides).
. Renew memberships by reviewing and recommending coverage.
. Cross-sell products and generate business leads.
. Process payments and documentation.
What you bring
- . Completion of Grade 12.
. Minimum 3 months of experience in sales or customer service.
. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office 365.
