Stanley Park Ecology

Stanley Park Ecology Society (SPES) is a charity founded in 1988, dedicated to conservation, education, and research within Stanley Park, Vancouver. SPES works closely with the Vancouver Park Board, providing ecological stewardship and public education, while focusing on wildlife protection, habitat conservation, and Species at Risk. Supported by grants, donations, and volunteers, SPES also emphasizes reconciliation with Indigenous communities, promoting environmental sustainability and inclusivity in its efforts to protect and connect people with nature.
