Self-Serve Candidate Referral Guide

​Step 1. Download, read, and sign the Candidate Consent Form (see link below) to ensure compliance with the Federal Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Step 2. After you filled in the consent form. You will need to upload the signed consent form and your resume to complete the Candidate Self-Referral Form.
