Job Duties
• Boutique Attendant: Providing customer service and assistance in our retail store. Bilingual French and English is required for this job. Verify opening float. Stock shelves and familiarize with all the products in the Boutique so you can assist clients. Reorganize product displays for better merchandising.
• Key Master: Responsible for maintaining lockers throughout the day and assisting customers when needed.
• Call Center Agent: Responding to incoming calls regarding our park, the rules for each of the attractions, sales, promotions, discounts. Assisting customer with their online reservations and purchases. Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed. Bilingual French and English is required for this job.
• Information Booth Agent: Information Kiosk staff work at both gate entrances to the park. They provide information to our guests on all the attractions, our safety rules and policies, current promotions and lost items and more. Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed. Bilingual French and English is required for this job.
• Parking Attendant: Work in the parking booths at the entrance to the parking lot. Must be able to count back change manually. Bilingual French and English is required for this job. Verify opening float. Process sales for clients.
• Ticket Booth Attendant: Work in the ticket office at the front of the park selling admission tickets to clients as they arrive at the park. Bilingual French and English is required for this job. Verify opening float. Process sales for clients throughout the shift. Advise guests of discounts & promotions.
• Gates Attendant: Work at the front entrances of the park admitting clients. Bilingual French and English is required for this job. Greet our guests. Educate guests on the policies for entry. Inspect contents of bags and coolers coming into the park. Scan guest tickets for admission to the park.
