March of Dimes Canada Employment Services exists to ensure that people with disabilities find and keep meaningful jobs. They are Canada’s leader in matching people who have disabilities with employers seeking qualified job candidates.

Montage Support Services empowers people with developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives by providing a broad spectrum of residential options throughout the City of Toronto.

Based on identified interests, Montage accesses their network of businesses to set up informational interviews. This gives you the chance to ask questions about the types of roles available, the qualities and skills needed, as well as the specifics of the business form the professional’s own perspective and experience.

Job Support Services offer our clients several services to assist them to make a successful transition into the workplace and retain employment.

PATH's employment coordinators are equipped with cutting edge knowledge and tools to assist members in creating innovative and successful employment action plans. 

PTP delivers client-focused programs that create positive pathways to employment. From our first meeting with you, to finding your perfect job, we work with you to design a learning pathway tailored to your individual strengths and needs.

Our wonderful staff are flexible, supportive, and experienced. We know that your circumstances and your needs are unique – and that they will probably change over time. Using an integrated approach to programming, we’ll help you adjust your goals and training as your skills improve. Most of all, we want you to succeed.

We believe that a strong, skilled, and sustainable workforce is key to Canada’s economic future. Working closely with employers, we track changes in Canada’s workforce requirements and ensure that our programs keep pace. Our extensive experience across sectors allows us to offer on-the-job training designed for your workplace and the needs of individual workers.

We are based in Toronto, offering programs to serve people in the west and east end of the city. We also share our knowledge across Canada, working with other agencies to build capacity for learner assessment and job-oriented training. Through partnerships and program services, we help providers deliver services tailored to their unique region and audience.

Through Channels, Pathways and Summer Employment Transitions (SET) Programs, as well as the new Reena Supported Employment Services (RSES), Reena offers supported employment and vocational programs that assist youth and adults with developmental disabilities who are looking to transition from school and unemployment and join the workforce. In addition, Reena helps employers with their diversity recruitment and initiatives at no cost.

They serve job seekers in the GTA and can offer our workshops to anyone in Ontario through virtual access.

Our Employment Services focus on assessing individuals’ skills, goals, values, and strengths in relation to work. Individuals are supported to develop knowledge and skills that are needed to prepare for, obtain and maintain employment.

Abilities Centre Employment Services offers a range of workshops to help individuals obtain and maintain employment in the community. Our team of Employment Specialists, Job Developer and Job Coaches assist individuals to connect to employment and provide on the job support to help individuals reach their employment goals!

Programs for People of All Ages & Abilities

The Career Foundation offers a variety of programs to equip you with the right skills to succeed in today’s competitive labour market. Whether you’re interested in the skilled trades, the technology sector, or are new to the workforce and looking to gain experience, they have programs to help you meet your employment goals. 

The Career Foundation offers additional supports beyond our programs. You can register for their services to receive one-on-one help with your job search.

WCG is the Service System Manager for Employment Ontario Peel Region, York Region, and Ottawa & the Eastern Collaborative. Work gives hope, creates a sense of belonging, and has the power to change lives for the better. Finding the right job can be life-changing. Especially if you have barriers like a disability, a lack of experience, are new to the area, or have been out of the workforce for a while. We provide access to resources, services, and programs to help reduce those barriers.
