Introducing CAN WiN

We are delighted to announce that, after 8 years of supporting inclusion-focused BC employers to better hire and retain people with disabilities, BC Partners in Workforce Innovation (BC WiN) is expanding across Canada!

We are now Canadian Partners in Workforce Innovation (CAN WiN)!

In support of this national expansion plan Funded by the Government of Canada’s Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities, our recruitment, retention, training and consulting services are now available across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

Operated by Open Door Group and helmed by Jamie Millar-Dixon, CAN WiN works with employers committed to inclusive hiring practices by targeting job-seekers with disabilities and diverse abilities. With the help of our employment Service Partners across Canada, we match promising candidates to accessible job opportunities with our Employment Partners.

Throughout the work we do, CAN WiN applies The Four Pillars model of accessible and inclusive employment, developed through BC WiN, to help build employer capacity to successfully hire and retain employees with disabilities. Our four pillars are: Commitment, Readiness, Recruitment and Retention.
