Neil Bazzana-Adams

Neil is an inclusive workforce specialist for CANWiN and is committed to working with employers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba to create supportive environments for jobseekers with disabilities.
With a background in British Columbia and Toronto, Neil has helped marginalized youth and individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment.
Previously, Neil worked with small, medium, and Canada-wide employers to increase their inclusive hiring capacities and also helped navigate jobseekers to euro-affirming employment supports that met their individual service needs. This experience has shaped Neil's approach to supporting both jobseekers with disabilities and employers in fostering inclusive workplaces.
Neil is passionate about building connections, breaking down barriers, and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed in the workforce.
